Luís Leon
Co-founder
A Law graduate, Luis has built his career of over 20 years as a tax consultant in a Big 4, having been promoted to Partner in 2014 and leader of the individual taxation team since June 2020.
Luís has been involved in several tax and social security advisory projects for individual clients, both national and international, as well as being a certified trainer. Luís has been regularly in the press, radio and television commenting and analysing Portugal's tax changes, particularly the implications of the State Budget measures.
Aline Almeida
Co-founder
Aline has a degree in economics. She has been a tax advisor for over 20 years within a Big 4 environment where she was promoted to partner and was the Leader of Family Business since 2020. Aline is registered with Economists Association as a Tax Specialist.
Aline has worked with individual and corporate clients on personal income tax and social security projects. Aline is a frequent guest speaker at national and international conferences and seminars and a certified training facilitator.
Mariana Carp
Partner
With a degree in Law, Mariana worked as a lawyer for 8 years, as a Technician in the Personal Income Tax Department of the Portuguese Tax Authority for more than 10 years and as a tax consultant in the individual taxation team of a Big 4 for another 4 years.
Mariana has worked with Portuguese and international clients, at both corporate and individual levels. Mariana has also participated in several relevant publications on social security.
Pedro Coutinho
Partner
With a law degree, Pedro worked as a lawyer for over 3 years and a tax consultant for two Big 4 firms for almost 11 years.
His professional experience includes assisting individual clients and companies with IRS and Social Security issues. Pedro has also provided tax advisory services on asset restructuring and succession planning.
Luís Nascimento
Partner
With a law degree, Luís built his career over 16 years as a tax consultant at a Big 4 firm, and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2022.
O Luís tem desenvolvido diversos projetos de assessoria fiscal de IRS e Segurança Social, junto de clientes individuais, na área de Private Client Advisory. Tem trabalhado também com empresas nacionais e internacionais, nas áreas da mobilidade internacional e de compensação e benefícios.
Luís has made several appearances in the media, participating as a university lecturer in tax courses.
Sara Simões
Partner
With a degree in Law, Sara worked as a lawyer for over 6 years and as a tax consultant for a Big 4 firm for nearly 6 years.
She has worked with Portuguese and international clients at the corporate and individual levels. Her professional experience focuses on IRS and Social Security advisory, and at the corporate level, includes mobility, compensation, and benefits matters.
